This serves as a disclaimer for any and all money or financial value extended to my corporate interests which includes my parent company Brother Tracy Gibson and Associates, Incorporated; Socks N’ Jocks { a proposed network of stores };  The Coalition for Peace, Power, Justice, Freedom and Economic Sharing in the World; The Black Millionaire’s Network; and various other projects, events, entities and proposals I have offered including schools, books, schools of thoughts, philosophies, articles, books, restaurants, and other businesses and non-profits.  Acceptance of money and donations does not imply directly or indirectly any influence on me as a founder, chief or President of my corporations, non-profits, or LLC’s as to my decision-making process or development, hiring practices, or corporate policy.    Any partnership [s] I go into as a corporate officer, must be in written form and signed by all parties involved in the completion of the contract [s].  I thank you for expressing interests in my corporations which are dedicated towards improving the state of humanity and is expressly concerned with the rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered People; women; Black youth; Black men; Black children and all children; and Black people and each and every other racial, religious and  or ethnic group  in the world that is concerned or deemed to be concerned with fair play, justice, economic sharing, racial sensitivity, religious rights, peace, and giving voice and rights to poor people. I graciously accept the donations offered, and promise to utilize all funds in as ethical and spiritual worthy a Way { 2000 Seasons, by Ayi  Kwei Armah } as possible. To the best of my ability I extend my Spirit with LOVe, Peace and generosity and will work hard to maintain high ethical standards, good values and decency. { THIS  STATEMENT MUST BE RE-DRAWN BY A QUALIFIED LAWYER  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. }
