``Black Lightning,’’
has surprisingly high production values; solid acting; a well-thought-out plot
line; smooth promotion for higher education for our BLACK youth; great
wardrobes; and a Black man not fearful of standing up for BLACK children as He
works to better the entire local Black community by being a good principal for
a Black High School. It is available on video at the Free Library of
