Dear Pastors, Deacons, Church Secretaries, Reverends, Church visitors, church congregations, and friends:

Being one who has grown to LOVe the church more as I have gotten older, I want to say thank you for just being part of the church and the many solutions to our problems that the church has created.  Sometimes it is just creating safe spaces for poor and left out people; sometimes it is just being a shoulder to shore up support from; sometimes it is a healthy hot meal; or just getting the word when everything seems to be falling asunder.

I have more solutions to add to the things you are already doing to make the lives of so many Philadelphians better.  I want to help you and your church kitchen staff prepare healthier meals for those who you serve foods.  I have a Safe.Serv certificate ( October 2016 ), and I also have a penchant for wanting to see healthy foods served to even the most poor and left out on our communities.  I am willing to lecture about healthier food choices to those who prepare foods for your people and your soup kitchen staffs.  I will do this for no change. Just helping the community helps me feel so great about myself, that I cannot wait to wake up in the morning.  Please just let me know when I can get involved in helping your church as soon as you are able.   Reach me at the following address:
