          Dear Friends and Colleagues at the Johnny Carson Foundation:

I hope and Pray you are having an excellent day. I live in West Philadelphia and I am about fairness, equality, decency, LOVe, sharing, giving, and good ethics for everyone who wants to live on this planet and hand such good values over to our children.  The funny thing about being human is noticing that there is enough on this precious little planet to go around for everyone.  Greed is one of our worse enemies because it steals from everyone and gives nothing back in return. It is kind of like taking the New Jersey Turnpike to get to work or on vacation.  The last time I went, I am sure I felt robbed, when all I wanted was a vacation or to see my friends or to just relax and enjoy the sun and surf.

What I’m getting at here is the lack of sharing while Philadelphia has gone under such a massive land grab that neighborhoods are changing too fast and people who have lived in them for generations are losing their homes and losing their livelihoods so quickly that the bottom is becoming a top and the top is becoming a bottom.  No one seems to care or be able to turn things around so that there is justice and fairness for everyone in this little part of the world.  It, gentrification or the loss of property among poor and or disenfranchised people { usually people of color such as BLACK or Latin people or those originally indigenous to the community } it happens as city taxes go up and people, usually of European descent, move into neighborhoods to own and refurbish properties in improving areas – this whole device is causing destabilization of the economy, angry and upset attitudes, the loss of traditional values, unethical behavior, corruption on the local political level, and voting ill regularities, fraud and an increase of jealously and crime.

Frankly, I don’t know HOW to end it and bring in a fairness truck that makes everything equal, kind and nice for everyone concerned, but something needs to be done.  Electing Black politicians seems mostly useless as the criminal element literally has taken over the political system in some instances.  Electing people – of every race -  who have good ethics at the base of and core of their personalities is key, and helps enormously, as long as we have GOD involved at every stage of a more equitable process.  But some people don’t want GOD involved due to the separation of church and state.

I need your help, directly from the public, to get to the roots of HOW to make our processes better, more equitable, balanced, and whole so everyone can benefit. I have worked on this and other such issues // matters for over three decades.  My LOVe for all of humanity needed some brushing up on, even with who I am.  I LOVe your basic nature and want to help. This is an official letter and statement relinquishing and rejecting any legal rights to land, property or holdings in Center City Philadelphia, for the foreseeable future.  I will focus on the limited scope of my growing companies which was instituted to help Black youth, Black People and myself become better people, who are less dependent on the system for their livelihoods through working to better themselves and myself.

Sharing Statement

All too often, as my sister AZIZA proclaimed wisely to me, we as Black agitators often forget about the varied and important issues of the BLACK Middle Class. Remembering them and their issues will be easier from now on as GOD in Heaven - a Black woman - sits with me for dinner on May 4th, 2019 Saturday at the New Deliah  ( Check Spelling ) in West Philadelphia 40th and Chestnut Street location Indian buffet food, spicy chicken, vegetarian delights, salads, shrimps in a curry sauce with coconut milk and East India thinks properly about Rouldopph Guliana and Mahatma Ghandi: Forever. We can't and must not let the dollar { bill } rule us. Still, there is a financial imbalance I want to talk about today april 19th, 2019 Friday { 3535.57 }. Would it not make sense for a large centralized multi-faceted, un-corruptible, private Foundation with public aspects to it and rotating leadership - including grass-roots people from all walks of life, all racial groups, all ethnic groups, all religions, all intimate persuasions, and both sexes { and it must include children } that such be formulated so that every human need deemed worthy and reasonable be fulfilled in a reasonable and timely fashion. Let's take the lack of access to the live arts, movies, films, concert venues and other entertainment venues for example. Middle income people MUST, from this fund have their incomes tripled. From $30,000. a year to $90,000. a year; from $90,000. a year to $270,000. a year. If people make over $270,000. a year they will not qualify for funds. If people own part of the means of production and have over $300 Million Dollars in their personal wealth holdings of more just sitting there, or $300 Million Dollars or more in corporate holdings as profits not being utilized to hire people or do capital improvements, donation to this super fund are voluntarily requested!  People on any Turtle Island { United States } disability or welfare will be able to get eight { 8 } times as much in benefits, from this Super Fund if they so choose to accept such benefits increases. This money will be considered a reparations payment for each and every person with any kind of citizenship in the United States { Turtle Island } no matter who they are including people behind bars or incarcerated or in mental institutions. Certain guidelines and legal stipulations must be taken into account in all instances to ensure the adherence to the letter of the LAW and excellent standards of ethics.  This is leveling but increasing the nation's access to wealth. More importantly, it will allow businesses of every stripe to benefit from the new income, hire more people, raise wages and benefit packages and help stabilize all communities economically. Raising taxes on the rich and wealthy, a plank taken by some Democratic Presidential candidates such as Elizabeth Warren, are retrograde, dysfunctional, and unworkable. Such tax increases are handed to the poor as higher prices for consumer goods, and are not helping lend an atmosphere of cooperation, cohesive friendship between businesses and the people, and generate resentments and hatreds along party lines that are both arbitrary and useless. Such taxes also are not helping the wheels of government turn successfully at all.  Voluntary participation in the well-orchestrated, well-run, responsibly-run Super Fund will smooth things out for us all and help curb wars and animosities along racial and ethnic lines internationally as other regions of the world take a good look at such a PEOPLE-FIRST program.   Regional conflicts, fighting over clean water, fighting over food -- all these issues can be curbed and taken to a PEOPLE-FIRST World Court to resolve conflicts long before wars are necessary.  The mastering of running this whole process is crucial and must take on increased levels of efficiency, responsibility , balance and importance as the grand scale and international interests creates new freedoms, helps to block greed, and end-run worthless, meaningless  wars around the globe. Part of this process will help middle income people and formerly poor people gain access to the arts. have you ever experienced being left out when people like comic Kevin hart, singer Dionne Warwick, or Singer, arranger Stevie Wonder come to Philadelphia and you can't even think about going because you simply don't have access to the money to go? Have you ever wanted to see Billy Joel, Taylor Swift or The Rolling Stones but just never had the money to go to the concert? Have you ever wanted to see a cable only, Netflix or first-run film like ``The Castaways,'' with Halie Mills or special event show or program and had to choose shoes or food instead? Have you ever walked by or seen advertised great restaurants like Ruth Chriss, Relish, The Pub, Miss Tootsies { List nine nice restaurants here} expensive restaurants. Have you ever wanted to go to something like a Broadway Show like ``Purley Victorious,'' ``The Producers,'' ``West Side Story,'' ``Dream Girls,'' or ``Ain't Misbehavin,'' that visit Philadelphia, or go to Opera like ``Madame Butterfly,'' ``Porgy and Bess,'' La Travaita,'' ``The Barber of Savill,'' ``Adia,'' but just didn't have the funds to do so? Wouldn't ou like to purchase some expensive stero equipment or flat-screen televisions or expensive camera equipment from Macy's or Sears, but the prices, even on discount, were just too up there? GOD did not intend for us to go to the supermarket and not have the additional $300.00 we need to buy all the quality, healthy foods we want for our families. GOD wants you, you, you to have the asperiagus, already sliced and packed watermelon, plumb organic honey dew mellon, organic kewi fruits, jucy seedless organic grapes, organic bananas, sliced and packed organic pineapple, fresh organic strawberries, fresh organic blackberries, fresh organic doubly inspected canelope, A bag of lobster tails, plenty of fresh-cleaned fish like perch, rainbow trout, flounder, talopia, halibut, and crape. No putting items back, you can afford them right now because this is true, real, now, active, alive, actual and accepted because we live in a Robust, Beautiful, Blessed, Wonderful, great place called TUrtle Island { No longer the United States of North America. Your budget is not endless, but it is greatly enhanced as you make your Way { 2000 Seasons,  By Ayi Kwei Armah } home from the Super Market Giant preferably in your new Chevy built in TUrtle Island unionized, well paid auto workers and crafted by well-paid union engineers. Remember, if you want to stay poor like one friend of mine who I don't and never will understand, you can. If you don't want to burst forth out of the hum drum existence of Middle America you can stay hum drum and not consider your self a citizen of Turtle Island where Native Americans are considered survivoring heroes and are not forced to live on barron reservations and where, for now, all I'm asking you to do is read this article over once every three months and voluntarily give a sum of money eqyual to your federal taxes to the Native American RIghts Fund, or less, if you don't have the money right now.

I wrote the following statement  under duress. I asked a friend of mine does he know How much money the Central Intelligence Agency has as their annual budget? I then said such money is NOT used for their agents and analysts to sit around and spin their thumbs. It is an exorbitant amount of money and there are some 11 other intelligence agencies besides the Central Intelligence Agency.  I could NOT get this information from a search on Google. There are agents who have dropped out of the Central Intelligence Agency who have written books about what goes on inside the agency and some of that work, not all of which is dastardly, includes brain washing. Please keep in mind that I have worked hard to do just the opposite of what is written in the following statement. Here, below, is what I wrote a few days ago,


``dear Lord Our GOD
Please disallow any funds in any denomination to be paid in any way from the British Crown to any church in the United States or anywhere else as any kind of payment especially any reparations payment.''


Then I signed this statement.


I want you to get much more than you have, even if you think you are doing well. You need money for self-discover, self-awareness, healing, recovery from additions, recovery from the self-hate you may not be aware of or want to admit.  I know I have worked long and hard hours FOR REPARATIONS for myself, FOR Black people and, believe it or not, most recently, for all of humanity. At the same time, I have written a statement about HOW to save decency among all of humanity by making sure everybody gets more money and knows HOW best to spend it responsibly. With this process, no one would have to do without. This statement of hope and sharing ( not the one below), has been erased from my computer system once and the second time I had difficulty saving it again. I want to share it with you. I will keep working at it, but this work needs financial support. I will keep applying for grants, but ``the system'' has taken away three Grant Writer's information { I put an advertisement on Craig's List a few weeks ago and three people answered } and I still have very little money for even the most basic things at home like decent, healthy organic food, modest clothing, and the cost of modest transportation. ( Yes, I take SEPTA ). I do NOT live in a mansion, and I do NOT have servants and plush living circumstances. This is my present situation. I live in a small apartment and do NOT plan on moving, even if there is money. I will see if the information I speak of ( The economic sharing information ) was erased a second time shortly.  Please also note that typos have - in the past - been placed strategically, in many of my articles. This is to confuse and anger would-be supporters. I do not have the personnel to go back and check on my writing everyday. I want you to have faith in yourself first because I am still being harassed and discriminated against, but I need you to have good ethics, and good values. Not only traditional values found in the Bible, but simple values of seriousness and thoughtfulness found in your heart. I am here for you with consistency, dignity and honor as much as I can be for as long as I can be. (Don't think this is easy, because I have my own issues ). Remember what your expectations of GOD are may well be completely different from mine. Please read ``TRUST,'' By IYANLA VANZANT. SHE may well be as much or more of a GOD than I am! No, I'm NOT kidding! So may have been Rosa Parks, Coretta Scott-King, Martin Luther King, Junior, and Malcolm X ( Malik el-Shabazz ). So may you be or you may be working towards GODlyness and decency yourself. Just listening to music that stands for righteousness, justice, economic sharing, peace and honor is very important. ( I will let you decide what that music is for yourself ). There are people who don't want that to happen, but your faith is strong and I honor this in you!

     I am an agitator and advocate for Black people, especially Black men. I have been at this for over 25 years and am pretty good at it. As you will see, if you do as I ask, you will make more money than you can imagine.  If you don’t there isn’t much I can do as your GOD.

    All I want you to do is consider including an option for a new ketchup packet { given away at stores and restaurants } ;   and at the major fast food networks that have no salt of any kind included in them.   It would also be nice to have such no-salt options available at hamburger joints and other restaurants all around the world. This is because I want Black men who might have high bold pressure to have a choice as to which ketchup packets and ketchup they use.  { It will also help other people who might have high blood pressure to make healthier choices as well}.  Not having the option is allowing people to consistently make the wrong decisions and choices without an additional healthier option.   That is NOT fair, and I stand firmly against unfairness by all means legally available. I am not here to unduly pressure you and I know how sluggish the food industry is to make changes. I commend Heinz for making a ketchup with no salt that is available at many supermarkets.  I can be reached at:

what really happened

When I was a child { some 50 years ago or more } I worked for a BLACK man in west Philadelphia as a store assistant and a clerk. I helped sell newspapers and candy and such. I was somewhere between 8 and 11 years old. I am also BLACK and my name is Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson. I only worked for the gentleman for a few weeks and I was asked to step in the back of the store and watch Television with Him. We watched Gomer Pyle and pretty soon the gentleman asked me if I wanted to have a sexual climax. I, being of such a young age, didn’t know what He was talking about. I was about to lose my virginity.  He said He would show me and proceeded to massage me between my legs.  Something wet happened and I was both surprised and shocked.  I honestly didn’t know what had happened.   Soon He wanted to see things down there so I showed Him.  I soon left the store, never turning back. I didn’t tell my parents. I was ashamed and hurt and this soon grew into anger. It took me three years to say something to my mother.   I grew a seed of anger within me that took fifty years to heal through 38 plus years of therapy at a cost of about $70, 000.  I have been open about this because I want to and am protecting other children from such experiences.  I am sending this again to the Pope, even though the gentleman was NOT clergy or Catholic as far as I know.  Perhaps something can be done.  I don’t know if it was the next day or a few days after this incident, but I decided as I played with a neighborhood boy, I decided to tie Him up as I was still angry about my sexual abuse. { I have to point out that several men go through similar experiences and have no mental scars at all. Others are very hurt as I was. }  After I tied the neighborhood boy up, who was a few years younger than me, I untied Him and let Him go. This is all I remember f this. I never hurt or abused another boy or girl in this fashion again. There was a few fights, I got beat up a few times, but nothing sexual like this.  This stuff I have had to live with for literally decades, it doesn’t keep me up at night, but it was something I had to work through and it took years and a lot of pain and a lot of money.  I want to hear about Ways  to get restitution about these matters. Thank you.
