( The real irony of writing this article is that I actually have very little food at home due to the cost of the food I need as a surviving Black man with high blood pressure. I also have a very low income and only work for the community at little pay, for my Herculean efforts. I can't eat hardly any salt, white flour, white rice, or white bread. I need your help.
